Jazz is a genre remained largely neglected in narrow and music, while pop and rock it obscure. But Chick Correa, one of the true legends jazz, had managed to both maintain a steady reputation in his own area and crossing over and appealing to rock fans.

Correa Armando Correa was born in 1941 in Chelsea, MA. At the tender age of four he began playing piano. The instrument which became his most decisive, and he was a master while tickling the ivories. When he grew up and began playing professionally, he found a number of tapes where he honed his talents. He was a member of many groups throughout the '60s, but released her first solo album in 1966, Tones of Joan's Bones. This was the beginning of a prolific career that saw him explore everything from jazz avant-garde prog rock.

In 1968, Correa has released an album called Now He Sings, Now He sobs. The record helped launch his star in the jazz world, winning the appreciation of the critical and eventually become a classic jazz of the 60s.
Around the same time, he replaced Herbie Hancock in Miles Davis band, and soon after He began experimenting with electric piano. Never afraid to explore new avenues, Correa could find electronic instruments in all his career, including synthesizers.

In the early 70s, he will join the prog rock movement, forming Return to Forever, a group that combines many elements of jazz avant-garde and prog rock that was becoming increasingly popular. Although the group started as a melodic Brazilian group, it has changed into one of the most creative jazz-rock fusion bands operating in the 70s. Even today, Return to Forever is known for its contributions to the jazz-rock scene. Meanwhile, he released a solo album My Spanish Heart, which featured him dressed as a Spanish nobleman on the cover. The songs explore his Spanish heritage mixing Spanish channels with synthesizers. If for nothing else, Chick Correa should be remembered as a master of fusion.

Return to Forever would eventually dissolve around the end of the decade, but until then, Correa has been well established as a musician and found a lot of interesting work to collaborate with other artists. He has explored jazz and classical music, and released a tribute to Thelonious Monk before forming a new group, the Elektric Band in 1985. Not one to stick to one genre, it would also form another group, the trio Akoustic, exploring more acoustic sounds as well. Although the group would publish Elektric albums sparingly, after 80 years, they are still recognized as one of the most accomplished around the merger, and certainly within the decade of 80.

These days, he is difficult not to stand in awe of everything Chick Correa has done. The jazz world, and certainly the jazz-rock fusion, is much richer because of his contributions. It may seem rather obvious, but these four concepts play a central role in the assessment of acting in good mediocre or worse, much worse … Well it may also seem obvious that good quality, like Great – beauty must come from within to shine outside, WEA ¢ â, ¬ â "¢ have all seen Bad Acting enough to know that all training of the actor on the same page.

Basically means internal procedure. External means outside. Stimulation means an act that encourages a response. Simulation means an act that imitates the appearance of an answer.

Now, Leta ¢ â, ¬ â "¢ s look at these concepts more closely to see how they apply to act and acting methods.

The exterior is all about surfaces. Thata ¢ â, ¬ â "¢ s not necessarily a bad thing à ¢ â, ¬ â € œ the outside is a given and a necessity for the actor. A actor having a casting call, for example, automatically brings them myself, externally visible. Strangers in the street are seen from outside for the most part. Ita ¢ â, ¬ â "¢ ll take some type of stimulation à ¢ â, ¬ â € œ an accident, a tantrum, a combat ¢ â, ¬ â € œ to leave the house. Method Acting aims to stimulate domestic out too.

With external act, what you get is voice inflections, mannerisms, her face sad / happy, if the actor presence is enough charismatic, and other projection tools. Method Acting stimulates the process by insisting on the veracity of each angle.

Simulation game is a charade, a sham, a shortcut that will only lead to poor performance at best. Stimulation, the other hand, comes with many work and years of great lessons to be perfect quality. The approach of method acting classes turns out to be one most, if not the most successful approaches to insist on acting within the engine brought out. Steve Smith is widely known as the drummer of American rock band Journey. It is an all-around drummer, working with hundreds of artists date. With its powerful battery and command of jazz, he has captured the attention of audiences of different ages.

Born August 21, 1954 in Whitman, Massachusetts, Smith has found an interest in drums by hearing marching bands in parades in his hometown as a child. He received his first battery to two years. In 1963, at a young age of nine, he began studying drums with a local teacher Bill Flanagan, who has had his share of playing in big band in the era of swing. He had his first real drums at twelve. As a teenager, Smith made in the program school orchestra and amateur groups. His first paid gig was with a garage band. He then played in a band concert Brockton professional and the big band at the local college, Bridgewater State College. Smith then studied music at Berklee College of Music in Boston, where professors from renowned Gary Chaffee and Alan Dawson.

In 1974, Smith joined the Lin Biviano Big Band, with whom he toured and recorded for two years. He also toured with jazz violinist Jean Luc Ponty 1976, and with Ronnie Montrose, in 1977. It was during his tour with Montrose that Smith was invited to join the rock band Journey, replace Aynsley Dunbar. He joined the singer Steve Perry, guitarist Neal Schon, keyboardist Gregg Rolie, and bassist Ross Valory in the band. Smith played the drums, toured and recorded with the band from 1978 to 1985, during the period which is considered the most successful for the group. The group then decided taking leave in 1985. Smith focused on jazz, and continued his career as a session player. He has played on many hits with various artists, including Mariah Carey, Savage Garden, Bryan Adams, Andrea Bocelli, Corrado Rustici, and Ray Price. He also played with a number of jazz artists high profile, such as Mike Mainieri group Steps Ahead, Tom Coster, Ahmad Jamal, Dave Liebman, Anthony Jackson, Mike Stern, George Brooks Summit, Scott Henderson, Buddy Rich Big Band, and many more.

In 1983, when he was a member of Journey, jazz, he formed his own group / merger, Steve Smith and their vital data. He is also conductor Steve Smith's Jazz Legacy, featuring Andy Fusco on alto sax, Walt Weiskof on tenor and soprano saxes, Mark Soskin on piano, and Baron Browne on bass. The group pays tribute the great jazz drummers.

In 1995, the new Wi-united and recorded a comeback album, Trial By Fire, released the following year. Registration included list-Topper When a man loves a woman, one who gave the course a Grammy nomination. The group has scheduled a later visit after successfully their album, but Steve Perry suffered a hip injury, if the group decides to seek a new singer. It was during this time that Smith has also decided to leave the group.

Steve Smiths explosive solos won him much acclaim. He was appointed in 2001 as one of the Top 25 Drummers of All Time the Modern Drummer Magazine after being voted as # 1 All-Around Drummer for five consecutive years. In 2002 he was voted in the Modern Drummer Hall of Fame. The following year, his DVD Hudson Music Steve Smith Drumset Technique – History of U.S. Beat was voted # 1 Educational DVD of 2003. Smiths calendar is filled with drum clinics, which showcases his exceptional drumming techniques and concepts to all students worldwide.

Although there is little written record of what kind of music is played in Norway, but there is an audio recording that gives a great overview that. Minor or modal scales with a sober and haunting sound form of the music of Norway. There is very little paper trail to give the background the origin and the existence of music, but we learn that the religious and traditional music prevailed. Like many other countries, Norway has also experienced a revival in the 20th century. Ballads and songs are short common types of traditional folk songs.

Other popular genre of folk music is the hymns, work songs, Vocals skillingsviser experimentation. As neighboring countries of Sweden and Denmark, Norway also has a Nordic tradition of dance music. Interest in water fountains in this area began in the late 19th century and the first of the fountain was built on the Paseo, but the original fountain that lasted until 1941, when it was destroyed and rebuilt in the same year. Since then there have been many more fountains built in this area and more were added over time. In this article we'll take a look at a few fountains that have been built and discover the beauty of their design and architecture.

One of the most impressive of all water fountains in Kansas City is the place the center of the crown and fountains provide not only beautiful but somewhere where people and children can relax and enjoy the long days Summer heat. In the 1960s when the idea of regenerating this area of the city is born and with regeneration Urban space has been redesigned and the fountain was built. In total there are 49 jets of water that are propelled into the air to a height of 60 feet and the unique element of this fountain is that there is no pool which is really unusual. All water is collected from underground chamber and that is where the 2,200 gallons of water per minute are propelled into the air. To illuminate the fountain there is an array of lights colorful shining beams in water and this creates a magnificent display. In total, the fountain covers an area of over 2,000 feet and is one if not the most impressive all the fountains of the city.

On a scale slightly smaller but no less impressive is the Northland Fountain and it was one of the first to be constructed on the north side of the Missouri River and, possibly, one of the youngest as well as it was built in the 1980. At this time the board made a purchase of 8 acres of land and under the agreement of land, it was stated that a outdoor fountain would be built on the land. To ensure the preeminence of the fountain was good it was built on a high point near the road North Oak Traffic and Highway VIVION. The fountain consists of a circular pool and there are many fountains that come out to a height of over 35 meters. As well as in the same inner circle of the fountain is a series of 10 fountains that are spread over a height of 10 meters and this creates a magnificent effect. It's really one of the most beautiful and flow of water fountains in Kansas City and the pride of residents and people of surrounding areas.
