In our society today, computers are ubiquitous. They have been used to simplify our lives and make our work more easier and more accurate. To be part of this technology quickly spread the medical industry is being done with pen and paper system and embrace computers to maintain and monitor patients' medical records, record, electronic health thereby.

When an individual is goes to his doctor with a complaint, the doctor should obtain the patient information in an attempt to build a comprehensive history of the origin and causes probable the complaint. Information obtained from patients include patients past and present medical history, laboratory results before the conditions medical and prescription drugs, radiological images, etc., all make the medical records of patients. This information once put into a digital format is known as the electronic health record of the individual.

The current administration has made it a priority to go ahead with centralization and to the patients' medical records in digital format. A huge chunk of the package for revival of economic recovery was expected for this project. It is hoped that when all is said and done, electronic medical records, a better way to keep records that pen and paper will be on the agenda.

As in any new approach to things, DSE for illegible handwriting leading to the seizure inaccurate data by a group of second or third. With the EHR problem will mostly become a thing of the past.

Compton in Los Angeles County, California, is one of the most dangerous suburb in the U.S. In recent years, lower prices housing has attracted many Middle-class residents of the city and crime has fallen. Unfortunately, many car accident lawyers Compton confirm that Car accidents are always a problem due to motorists who run red lights and those behind the wheel after they have consumed too much alcohol.

Cumulative statistics of car accident as far as 2001 to 2003 show that Compton had a total of 26 accidents car fatalities, according to the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration. There are a total of eight swing dance clubs located in and around the area of St. Louis (including music in Collinsville, Illinois) who are members of the Midwest swing dance Federation, and all these clubs are descended from the Imperial St. Louis Dance Club was founded in 1973. The largest of these sister clubs, West County Swing Dance Club has the distinction of being one of the clubs largest swing in the United States with active members amounting to over a thousand dancers.

Imperial Swing got its name from the Imperial Club, located At Goodfellow Boulevard and West Florissant Avenue. The building originally called Imperial Hall was built in 1928 as a ballroom, a bowling alley and restaurant / bar complex. In the years 1930 and Years 1940, was the place of dance in Saint-Louis du Nord-Ouest, as Arcadia (later called Tune Town), the Showboat admiral in Midtown, and Casa Loma to the south, were the most popular dance halls in their respective fields. In 1952, George Edick purchased Imperial Business Hall and renamed George Edick Imperial Club. During the first part of this decade, he operated the club as a ballroom with the theme of "a nice place for nice people." He played big band music and catering mainly for private parties. He was able to book regular guest appearances with popular artists like Stan Kenton and Louis Prima because Robert Hyland, of CBS and KMOX radio broadcast of his weekly "Coast To Coast with Bob Hyland" program From the Imperial Ballroom.

During the late 1950s and 1960s, Edick reported that the country's taste in music had changed from "Rock 'n Roll "and he used his advertising, public relations, to promote vigorously the Imperial Club on KWK, KXOK, Wil and WGNU. The Joe Bozzi Quintet Jimmie (Night Train) Forrest, Chuck Berry, Dolly Parton, the Monkeys, Glen Campbell, Ike and Tina Turner and a small vocal group now called the "Fifth Dimension" are among the many artists who began their careers at the club. He introduced a "Jitterbug" contest where a couple of the Imperial Club (Teddy Cole and Kathy Burke) won the National Jitterbug Championship. During the "Rock 'n Roll" Craze, Edick held Tuesday "Teen Night" dances, and It was during these weekly dances Jitterbug a variation that became known as the imperial style "of St. Louis Swing was born. As the years 60 have increased, trends in music are changing again. The 'roll' began to decrease by "Rock 'n Roll", the' stone ' have harder and adolescents increasingly witnessed loud music concerts psychedelic. Because the freak-out beats of their music rock acid was almost Unable to dance, Edick gradually discontinued all public dances at his club.

In the 1970s, George Edick would reintroduce most listenable music and dancing at Club Imperial and found that the hospitality swing contest was just the ticket! He met with Teddy Cole, champion Jitterbug was also a promoter of dance in its own right, and they decided to sponsor a year St. Louis Jitterbug Contest "Imperial Style" for choose a "city champion. These competitions wide publicity has prompted many of the older, experienced dancers to come around club again, and Edick sponsored a number of "Salute Dances" to bring the old to the newer dancers. As more and more started to learn the deck, they began to organize in small dance groups who met in apartment complexes around the region St. Louis, and George Edick remained in contact with several of their leaders.

In 1973, Al Morris had the idea of forming a club, and his group which first met in an apartment in San Miguel, St. Charles, who became the St. Louis Imperial Dance Club. The founders are: Dave Cheshire, Jan Cheshire, Rick McQueen, Joan Fritz, Dustman Debbie (Wheeler) and Veronica Lynch. The new club dances alternate between the apartment complex Lynch in South County and Wood Hollow apartments in West County. Edick contacted the Commission and told them that he was very interested in helping their club to fulfill their mission to keep alive the swing dance. The great proponent to convince them with a new adaptation of persuasion of his original theme of the 1950s, their growing club must hold their dances at its future Imperial Ballroom Club, because it is "a nice place for nice people who love to swing dance!"

Good currencies, but unfortunately never die, people, and June 11, 2002 George Edick died. The building is quiet now but it is not only as a landmark Imperial Swing where it all began, but also as a tribute to a man who, during his colorful, eighty-six years of existence, has managed to transform his dreams into reality. . . not a bad epitaph!
